St-Emilion, France: a meeting with “Chateau Dassault.” for those of you wondering about the Chateau name...yes, this is the same family that founded "Dassault Aviation." they make Dassault Falcon private jets and fighter jets. i forgot how many hectares the vineyard covered - it was huge! every year before harvest they have a public picnic - hope to make it next year!
